Well I am not doing much singin' in this session about Becky but I did do a whole lot of stampin'.
This week our Stamp Simply Challenge is all about our own Becky Oehlers of
Becky's style is always clean, fresh and involves crisp lines, bright colors and always a bit of ribbon.
Becky is a musician and talented vocalist and we could have used something involving music in our creation.. I do not own a thing musical so I decided to use the set that Becky had a hand in creating for Papertrey Ink.. Our Canadian Thanksgiving is in two weeks so I decided to create my place cards for my dinner table with Becky's set. So this is my tribute to her***
For each place card, I cut a 3x3 inch square of cream cardstock, covered one half with the designer paper from Becky's set and added some green grosgrain ribbon. I stamped the acorn parts, the bottom in pumpkin spice versamagic ink and the top in Tea Leaf Green onto cream cardstock and layered them onto green cardstock. I then attached them to the left of the place card leaving room for the names of my family. Becky I apologize for the pic.. Not the best ***

Janine, these are gorgeous!!! I LOVE this type of project and it's so great you used Becky's set AND got all your Thanksgiving placecards done!!! Good for you!!! Group photos are always hard -- whether they be kids or cards -- LOL!!! But I think this looks just wonderful -- they are all so beautiful!!! Very impressive!!! Thank you so much!!!

Great job with your place cards. I am guessing the names will be on the inside of the card.
