Here is mine!
I used a box that Sharon Johnson makes all the time... I created it out of cream colored cardstock and used red mirri card for the inside and outside edges. The wreath is embossed in gold detail embossing powder and red stickles used for the berries. I layered each wreath to red mirri card and then again to cream colored cardstock to make each card 4" x 4" in size.

The ribbon is from my local stamp store Stamp Art and the tag just hand cut with a To/From from Inkadinkado.

That's a great gift idea and although I do give out cards a lot I never seem to make a holder for them and end up putting them in one of those clear bags. I love your box. Pat
