This image is from Art Impressions. It is colored with Tombow markers onto watercolor paper. Then I added some color onto the balloons, letter and cake.. I cut out the image with my nestabilities and matted it onto paper from my bit box. I then applied a layer of Diamond glaze onto the balloons for a little extra something***Enjoy your day everyone and thanks for stopping by....
