Just a quickie post tonight. The weather has been too nice to sit on the computer but I wanted to get a card made...
I used a cuttlebug folder to emboss the Hawaiian shores cardstock and then used white and cut out the scallop edge with the PTI scallop die.
I sewed along the edges and attached the piece to white cardstock.
The flower is cut out with Beautiful Blooms # 3 die set from Papertrey Ink as well as the leaves from the Dahlia set. They are cut out of white and green felt from PTI..
The sentiment is from PTI as well and I added a yellow rhinestone to the middle...
Gotta get back to my gardens before dark settles in... Thanks for stopping in***

Janine, what a pretty card! Your embossing is awesome. Did you do that with the Cuttlebug? Great job my friend!!!
Beautiful card, Janine! Love the felt flower and it's perfect with that CB folder. Hope all is well!
Oh Janine ~ This card is adorable...I love the felt accents you used as they really make this card "pop!"
Is it me, or did you change your blog design? Please tell me this didn't happen 6 months ago and I'm only just noticing now. Because you know with me that's a real possibility!
Beautiful card! I have that same embossing folder so I'm going to have to give it a try. Right after I clean the kitchen, then the bathroom, then the floors...Groan.
