For the background of this card I used Pan Pastels... They are SO nice to use. I used several blues for the sky and green and white for the bottom of the card

You have to use Krylon fixative to spray your work before you stamp and color..

I used a Penny Black stamp, inked in Black archival ink. The sentiment is PTI**

I used these Peerless water color sheets to color the flowers... Just dipping a brush into water and picking up the color off the sheet...

Great colors and very vibrant...
