On the Menu Monday *** a day late

I LOVE Pizza!! It's one of my favorite things to make and eat!!

But when I am in a hurry I let my bread machine do the work for me.

1 cup water
3 Tbsps. olive oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast

2 hours later you have a nice soft dough.

I made a quick no cook sauce from a tin of
San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, dried basil and salt and pepper.

I had a hunk of Fontina cheese and Mozzarella which I grated *** I love a cheesy pizza!!

Bake it until it is bubbly and browning around the edges..

I added some torn fresh basil from my garden as well***

I add a good sprinkling of pepperoncino because I like spicy***

So if you have a bread maker that has been collecting dust, get it out and make pizza tonight for dinner***

Pizza just the way I like it - good sauce and cheese. I usually pass on tons of toppings. A bread machine takes the work out of making pizza dough. I never got around to buying one of those machines.

What a great pie. I love pizza and this would disappear from my table in no time at all. This is my first visit to your blog and I've taken some time to look around. You've created a lovely spot for your readers to visit and I really enjoyed the time I spent here. I'll definitely be back. I hope you have a great evening. Blessings...Mary
