Jars all cleaned...
I bought 4 dozen cobs of corn from G 'n G Fresh Market and blanched them, cut them off the cob
and put them in my freezer.
This was the second batch..
The makings of zucchini relish...
Jars out of the water bath...waiting for those lids to pop!!!
Tomorrow I head to Trail's End market to get bushels of tomatoes...

That corn will taste good in the winter...I just finished 4 dozen corn and will be doing more soon...Love to you both...Brenda
