On the Menu Tuesday which should have been Monday***



So! I wanted to use leftover chicken and clean out my fridge...

I found fennel, red pepper and a 1/2 an onion.

Chopped them up...








I also had a container of Pillbury Crescent rolls.

My chicken shredded.










My veggies and garlic, salt and pepper sauteed slightly until they were soft and I also added
some chives that were JUST starting to turn...
Phew... caught them!!!











I rolled up the mixture into the crescent roll pieces... I flattened them slightly with my hands before I put the chicken mixture in...

I added some shredded Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken....

Before they went into a 375 degree oven I sprinkled some olive oil on top as well as some extra cheese.



Here they are... Not the prettiest things in the world but they were GOOD!!!



If you have things in your fridge don't throw them out!! If there is no blue fuzz... then make it work***
